I met each of them years ago in different places in their life, in different places in their understanding and growth in their own identities, in different relationships and different states. On this day, I got to meet them together in the place they met celebrating the love of a lifetime.

I love when I’m invited to a client’s home for a newborn session. Sometimes I just do documentary style images and others I bring my whole studio to get the best of both the posed, sleepy baby portraits and some images in and around the home. I just love the images in baby’s nursery.

I always work with a trained assistant for newborn sessions but it’s especially important when you are working with 2 babies to have an extra set of hands and eyes dedicated to the babies’ safety! 

Something I’m proud of is delivering individual images of each newborn so they have plenty of photos together but also have their own gallery including macro images of their tiny eye lashes, ears and lips.

Custom birthday set design and all the props/background – including balloon garlands and arches – are always included with milestone sessions! You tell us what you want at least 6 weeks in advance and we’ll make it happen! Cake smashes are always welcome – just bring the cake!
