Hey! I’m Jill!
As a Maryland Newborn Photographer with more than 15 years of experience, I’ve photographed thousands of portrait sessions. I love being in my professional portrait studio located in Pasadena, MD and I’m available for on-location, in-home and outdoor sessions in central Maryland.
I hope to create an experience that is comfortable and easy as we create images you’ll cherish forever. I look forward to working with you to plan a portrait session that shows the incredible ways you love one another and the tiny details that make these the days you hope to remember.

More personally, I’m a Pisces sun and Capricorn moon. I’ve got 4 cats, 3 kids and 2 partners. I’m a Reiki Master Teacher and trained as a Death Doula.
My oldest child is already in high school and I’m still gratefully and eagerly figuring this whole parenting-thing out.
I’m queer and I’m polyamorous – just in case you hear me talking about my partners or my husband and my girlfriend. We live together and raise our kids in a household with a lot of love. Together, we love the Renaissance Festival, all things Halloween and Christmas and spending time around a fire.
I’ve been photographing families who have suffered the loss of their baby for more than 13 years – it’s the most important work I’ll ever do. I teach Memory Making for Loss class for birth workers who wish to know more about working with bereaved families. I also photograph people of all ages in their dying time.
