Maryland Vetted Photographer – Jillian Mills
Jillian Mills of Heartlove Photography, LLC has been welcomed to Forcoco’s Directory of Vetted Photographer.
forcoco™ was founded to fill the need for safety background checks for photographers who are in direct contact with the general public, especially with children and young models. Founder Sandra Armenteros is a seasoned photographer who had the privilege of working in federal law enforcement for five years. It was there that she realized there were no safeguards or regulations to protect consumers from unscrupulous scammers, sexual deviants and other criminals who could easily set open a photography business. Upon further research, she encountered photographers putting their clients’ lives at risk when trying to create edgy images. Based in Chicago, Illinois, forcoco™ aims to become the place where the public connects with professional photographers.
Being vetted means Mills has passed a background check and has valid business liability insurance as well as a legitimate business in good standing with the state of Maryland. Here’s how it works for photographers…
forcocoâ„¢ photographers are safe.
100% of the photographers in our database undergo a thorough background check. We make sure there have no criminal convictions or civil judgments in their records. They adhere to strict safety standards to prevent injuries and fatalities during photo sessions.
forcocoâ„¢ photographers are reliable.
100% of the photographers in our database provide great customer service to their clients. They have never defrauded a client by failing to deliver the products or services promised.
forcocoâ„¢ photographers are true.
100% of the photographers in our database produce the images they advertise and sell. They don’t purchase stock images or borrow from other artists. Their portfolios are a true representation of their work.

military homecomings | maryland photographer
Maybe I’m just a sap…. but there is something so special about the day (or night) a hero comes home.
There are men and women who leave their families and homes to fight for the ideals our country was founded on. Â They don’t do any deciding, they just trust that the greater good is being accomplished at their sacrifice.
I’m a professional photographer – I make a living photographing people. Â I need to collect money for my work in order to pay my mortgage. Â But there are some moments in life that don’t have a price tag.
So, I photograph military homecomings for free. Â Zip. Zero. Nada.
I’m centrally located to Fort Meade / BWI and I take reservations as soon as you have a date or date range for your loved one coming home. Availability is limited.

baltimore newborn photographer| rhaella
About a million years ago, Rhaella’s mom and I worked at Ritz Camera together in the mall. Emptying the silver recovery, counting drawers, breaking down boxes and selling ESPs (extended service policies…)… good times! 😛 I moved away, we both got married and started our families. It makes me so happy that our paths crossed again!
