Current clients of Heartlove Photography can apply but if chosen, no refunds will be given for previously scheduled sessions.

Models receive a free session including 1 digital image in exchange for their time. Sessions may require up to 3 hours. Sessions usually take place at Heartlove Photography Studio 8971 Fort Smallwood Rd. Pasadena but may be located in Anne Arundel County, Baltimore County or Baltimore City, Maryland - you must provide your own transportation.

Additional images may be available for purchase but no purchase is required. Images will be returned within 6 weeks.

I hereby confer on Jillian Mills and Heartlove Photography, LLC the absolute and irrevocable right and permission with respect to the photographs and/or videos that were taken of myself:

a) To copyright the same Heartlove Photography, LLC name or any other name that he/she may select;

b) To use, re-use, publish and re-publish the same in whole or in part, separately or in conjunction with other photographs, in any medium now or hereafter known, and for any purpose whatsoever, including (but not by way of limitation) illustration, publication, promotion, advertising and trade.

I hereby release and discharge Jillian Mills and Heartlove Photography, LLC from all and any claims and demands ensuing from or in connection with the use of the photographs and/or video, including any and all claims for libel and invasion of privacy.

This authorization and release shall inure to the benefit of the legal representatives, licensees and assigns of photographer Jillian Mills as well as the person(s) for whom he/she took the photographs.

I have read the foregoing and fully understand the contents hereof. For value received, I hereby consent to the foregoing.

Jillian Mills and Heartlove Photography, LLC reserves the right to use negatives and/or reproductions for display, publication, or other purposes. Negatives and proofs remain the property of the studio. *
